The Northwest Fishing Team welcomes you to join us in experiencing some of the best Sports-Fishing in the World on the "Galapagos of the North", Haida Gwaii! The West Coast of the Queen Charlotte Islands is where world class fishing unites with breathtaking scenery.

We operate out of Queen Charlotte City, and have a great selection of oceanfront accommodations for you to choose from, all with ocean view rooms! Remote island lodging, ocean front hotel, or private beach house, we have something that will be perfect for you.

30 minutes closer to the fishing grounds than Sandspit, the short boat ride to the West Coast gives you ample opportunity to soak up the unique beauty along Skidegate Channel. As we navigate through the east and west narrows en route to Cartwright Sound, one of the fishiest places on Haida Gwaii, you will have chances to see bears, deer, dolphins, killer whales, humpback whales, and so many other marine creatures and wildlife! Whether you are en route to the fishing grounds, or already there reeling in the big one, you will be blown away by the exclusive magnificence of the Queen Charlotte Islands!

Kick back after a fun day of fishing and soak in a hot tub, go for an evening stroll downtown and around the famous Queen Charlotte marina, or enjoy a nice glass of wine in front of the picturesque mountains hanging above Skidegate inlet.
